We built this because every AI chat still meets you as a stranger. Long projects get re-explained. Switch models and you start over. OrionGMV (by Pattern Wave) is a memory layer that sits beside the model you already use, Ollama, Grok,Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, local, whatever. Encrypted, private, no model of its own. Continuity across sessions and model switches. Summaries flatten context. We’re aiming at a structured memory map (goals, decisions, provenance) that travels with you instead of living inside one vendor’s chat history. We go live next Tuesday (Sept 22). Early access: https://patternwave.studio Honestly, I’m scared. This is the first real thing I’ve released, and I really hope it doesn’t suck. Would love feedback from people building daily with AI especially on the “memory outside the model” framing vs another chatbot. I am not sure if it is going to do well or if we built a pretty wrapper, but I can honestly say, its not ai slop, its not bullshit. The idea spawned from wanting a better character.ai tracker that kept forgetting after so many turns. i Ise the OrionGMV with a lot of the things I build as the constant memory, but it does so much more than that. I am still working on uploading demos to the website, and working to get the word out to people.
