obscuraos.com. A privacy/document suite that runs entirely in your browser tab: nothing you open is ever uploaded. It's grown into 139 tools across an office suite (docs, sheets, slides), a privacy/document-defense suite (redaction, metadata stripping, file scanning), and a suite for evidence and paperwork. Free for personal use, no account. I'm the only person building it, so there's a lot of surface area for bugs and rough edges I can't see myself. If you have a few minutes, open something you'd actually use, try to do the thing it claims to do, and tell me what's broken or confusing. Not feature requests, just: what didn't work the way you expected. Newest addition is PHOTO, a crop/straighten/rotate/adjust/mark-up image editor that doesn't render an edit until you save, so undo goes all the way back and the exported file drops the original's location and camera data. Fully disclosed: this is a commercial project (free for personal use, paid licence for work use), not a nonprofit.
