Original Summary

A few years ago it hit me how little a first responder in India actually has to go on. An unconscious person on the road is a stranger with no name, no allergy list, and nobody to call. So we built VerifyU. You register your face, your medical basics and your emergency contacts. If something happens to you, someone with the app can scan your face, reach your next of kin, and a doctor can see the medical details you chose to store. You control what's visible. It started narrower than that. The first version was for families of people with dementia and of non-verbal children, who kept telling us the same story about someone wandering off. Then people outside that group asked for it, so we opened it up. Where we actually are: 1,000+ installs and 4.9 stars from 49 reviews on Play. Small numbers, real ones. The problem I can't solve on my own: this only works at density. A safety network with three people in a city is not a safety network, it's a contact list. Every growth idea I have is some flavour of 'get a city to adopt it at once' and I don't know how to start that from zero.
