Original Summary

I don't get it, okay? I have NEVER used Jira... so I am trying to get a perspective on it. I have used Trello, Bootcamp, Slack, Notion, Miro Boards, etc for project management, tracking progress and to work in asynchronous with different teams. I have been applying to jobs, and saw most of them listing.. "Need expertise with Jira" "You are an expert in configuring and managing Jira" So, I actually went to Youtube to learn about this tool. It does not seem like a difficult tool at all to learn. Its basic creating a ticket with all information in it. Why such a big fuss around it?
