I’m building an AI email manager that sits on top of Gmail. The idea is simple: instead of replacing Gmail, it acts like an AI assistant that continuously understands your incoming emails, identifies what’s important, summarizes them, detects things that need a reply or action, and helps you stay on top of your inbox. The business model would have two parts: $5/month for continuous management of new incoming emails , and a pay-per-email option for people who want to clean up their existing backlog without subscribing. I’m building this for myself first and want to validate the problem before going further. Would you use something like this? What would make you actually pay for it?
