Hi all, I was wondering what type of conversion rates people are getting with their SaaS product. Obviously this depends on many different factors but I was wondering what the ranges might be. I offer a free trial and after trial users can choose to pay. So far I’ve had about 50 signups from around 1000 visits; so 5% signup rate to free trial. But none of my free trials have converted to paid. So it looks like o probably have a conversion problem but at the same time I’m curious what early stage SaaS conversion rates are typically like.
