Original Summary
I built Sopulo : https://sopulo.com How it works: Paste up to 8 screenshots from any app: web, desktop, mobile, even a photo of a device screen. Describe the task in a sentence or two (who it's for, where it starts, what the result should be). The AI redraws each screen as a clean HTML mock-up and writes the steps. You get an animated tutorial with a moving cursor, zoom and hint bubbles. The same content also becomes a numbered SOP you can export to PDF or Word, or share with a link or QR code. A few design decisions I'm curious what you think of: Mock-ups instead of real screenshots. People who view a published tutorial never see your original screenshots, so there's no blurring and no personal data on screen. The trade-off is that a mock-up can sometimes be slightly off. You can fix it by asking the AI, editing it by hand, or falling back to the original image. No extension, no recorder. If you can take a screenshot, you can document it. That was the whole point. Here's a real example, generated from screenshots and a one-sentence prompt: https://sopulo.com/examples Captions work in 10 languages, and it runs fine on phones. What I'd love feedback on: Does the mock-up approach feel trustworthy, or would you rather see the real screen? Who would you pitch this to first: IT helpdesks, SaaS support teams, or ops/quality people who need SOPs? Anything confusing in the first 5 minutes after signing up? Happy to answer anything about the stack or how the generation works. Roast away 🙂 submitted by /u/Any_Rip2321 [link] [comments]
