Something I keep noticing: people spend six months building the product and zero minutes on a page where someone could sign up. The argument I hear is that there's nothing to show yet. But you're not showing the product. You're showing that you're building, and you're collecting the first few emails so launch day isn't a cold start. I made a Framer template for this and it's free. Signup form, space for logos, plus the legal pages so you can actually publish it.
