Once you buy it, you own it, and it can't be disabled from our side. It is available on Windows, Linux, and Docker, and it works 100% offline. It supports multiple embedded audio tracks and subtitle tracks for every video. Handles syncing, captioning, thumbnails, and organization for you automatically. For auto-organization, you can use the offline system (vLLM or Ollama support is built-in) or Claude, OpenAI, or OpenRouter if you prefer. Those AI tools use video names, captions, and select frames from the video to categorize for you. Or, if you prefer to auto-organize without an AI model, you can easily select categories, genres, groups, and tags manually that will apply to every video coming from a folder. It's up to you. Skip Intro and Skip Credits are available without a premium pass. You can also set them directly in the player while you're watching. Or, they can be set in bulk if you have a series with consistent intros and credits. Searching and filtering, for me at least, is heads and shoulders above the other media servers out there. It has built-in whisper and OCR support to generate captions for home videos if you need it, completely offline. No configuration necessary. Every video has a right-click context menu in all contexts, so you can quickly access management features for every video wherever you are. The auto-play and repeat options are pretty cool too. For instance, say you're rendering videos somewhere and want to view the next render as soon as it is done. The player can be set to do that automatically. It also has repeat modes (repeat current video, repeat the current group of videos, or repeat the current group on shuffle) to support a variety of use cases.
