Original Summary
I won a contract that could potentially double my revenue, but I don’t have the staff in place yet. I don’t want to hire too early and carry payroll, but I also don’t want to wait and end up scrambling when the account starts. What would you do differently now? submitted by /u/CleanOpsGuide [link] [comments]

由 /u/CleanOpsGuide 提交,附链接与评论。
