I’m prototyping a different flow: review artwork first, then an optional timed auction; no funds move during bidding; the winner pays only after close; every payout can be reconciled from public transaction details. The finished piece is a 256-tile pixel portrait assembled from approved supporter images, with core facial features protected for readability. Solana is the chain because it keeps transfer costs low, but the product question is broader: what would make this feel like a real community artifact instead of a crypto fundraiser?
