I had one of those weeks where I felt "productive" because I was shipping things every day. Then I realized nobody was asking for any of those features. So I stopped building for a week and started DMing people who had commented on Reddit posts in the same space. No pitch. Just questions about what they were building and where they were stuck. I ended up having 23 conversations. The weird part wasn't getting feedback. It was realizing almost everyone described the same problem using different words.
