Full disclosure: this is my product and I built it. I'm a developer in Italy and for the past months I've been working on CandyHire, an ATS for small and mid-sized companies, mainly in Italy and Spain. The product is live and it works. Companies can manage jobs and candidates, screen CVs, rank applicants, use AI to help with parts of the recruiting process, etc. The problem? I have zero paying customers. I've tried LinkedIn outreach, talked to some HR people, showed demos, got some positive feedback... but positive feedback obviously isn't the same as someone pulling out a credit card.
