Original Summary
Hey everyone, I’m looking for some honest advice from people who have experience marketing a B2B software/IT services business . Two colleagues and I recently started a small QA agency . We provide services like manual testing, test automation, API testing, and regression testing. We’re at the stage where we have the technical skills and a small team, but getting our first consistent international clients is the challenge . We’re currently exploring things like: LinkedIn outreach Direct outreach to small SaaS/startup companies Free QA audits to demonstrate our value Content/SEO But I don't want to waste months doing things that don't actually work. For those who have successfully marketed a small B2B agency or software service: What would you focus on if you were starting again with a very small budget? And specifically: Which marketing channel brought you your first few clients? Would you focus on cold outreach or content/community building? What kind of offer actually gets companies to respond? What mistakes should a new agency avoid? If you were starting a QA agency today, how would you get the first 3–5 international clients? I’d really appreciate practical advice from people who have actually done this. Even if your experience is from a different B2B service, I’d love to hear what worked for you. Thanks! submitted by /u/Active_Fun4111 [link] [comments]
