I've been building CloseFlow, a client and transaction management platform designed specifically for bookkeepers. The working platform is live, and I'm looking for actual bookkeepers to test it and tell me what I got right — and what I got wrong. What's working now AI transaction categorization CloseFlow AI — can help reconcile an individual client or work across all clients AI usage is currently limited to 30 requests per day per account Automated OCR — upload an image and AI extracts the text Automated email through SMTP Client management Transaction management Financial reporting Dashboard analytics Client activity tracking Magic-link workflows User authentication Cloud-based data storage What's coming Plaid bank authorization and automatic transaction pulling is being added next. I already have the Plaid integration working in Sandbox, so the production implementation is largely ready. The remaining work is moving to Plaid's production plan/credentials and switching the production configuration. I'm also planning to add SMS messaging . The goal is to keep expanding CloseFlow around the things bookkeepers actually spend time doing — rather than adding features just because they're possible. Right now I'm much more interested in feedback than sales . If you're a bookkeeper, I'd love to know: What do you currently use? What part of your workflow is the biggest pain?
