Built this mostly for fun. I was curious how clippers actually work under the hood — replay buffers, GPU encoding, keeping capture running without eating your frames — so I just tried building one. It runs a replay buffer in the background: one hotkey saves the last 30s/1m/2m, GPU encoded. Then a node editor reframes the clip to 9:16 with tracking instead of a fixed center crop, and you can save templates so it's one click next time. Free, Windows only, everything stays local.
