I run two swim teams, and during registration we needed QR codes that linked directly to our merch store and forms. The codes worked, but we had zero analytics around how many people scanned them or where traffic came from. Around the same time, my son printed business cards for his high school swim team with a QR code from a “free” service that switched him to a paid plan after seven days. Since the cards were already out in the wild, he was stuck paying for it. Those two experiences pushed me to build a lightweight forwarding tool with basic analytics. That eventually became QRPulse.link. I wanted to provide the following: A free tier that’s actually free 1 Dynamic QR code that never expire 30 days of analytics No forced upgrades, no trials, no link‑locking 100 Pass through clicks each month, after exceeding 100 a simple "Powered by QRPulse.link" interstitial page needs to be clicked.
