I built a free site that streams unconfirmed Bitcoin transactions live and highlights the ones that touch a known wallet. That includes the US government's Silk Road seizure wallet, exchange cold wallets, and old whale addresses. Large transfers are tagged with whether coins are moving onto or off an exchange, with running totals for each. "This is Binance" is community belief, "this address is sanctioned" is an official US Treasury act, and a pool payout address you can verify on-chain yourself.
