Original Summary
Hey everyone, I'm a solo founder and I'm trying to get my first few customers. I've built Sorget , a marketing attribution tool that helps B2B companies track where their leads and customers come from; from the first website visit through the CRM. Now I'm stuck on the outreach side. I'm finding companies that look like a good fit and finding the right people (Head of Marketing, Growth, RevOps, founders, etc.), but I'm having trouble actually reaching them. The problems I'm facing: LinkedIn only lets me send a limited number of connection requests. Many good prospects are 2nd/3rd-degree connections. I often can't find their work email. When I do find an email, sometimes it bounces or goes to spam. Contact forms on company websites don't seem ideal for reaching a specific person. I don't want to spam people or use shady automation. How do you guys approach this? If you were in my position, with a list of ~30–50 highly targeted leads but limited LinkedIn connections and unreliable emails, what channels or methods would you use to get conversations? Would especially love advice from founders who have gotten their first 5–10 B2B customers through cold outreach. Thanks! submitted by /u/Appropriate_Edge8163 [link] [comments]
