I’m building Comment Command for creators and small agencies managing comments across YouTube and Instagram. The workflow is straightforward: review a comment, work from an AI reply draft, assign follow-up, and leave an internal note beside the conversation. It also has routing rules and workspace activity reports. I recently tightened up the handoff UI so assignment controls stay on one line and the note editor only opens when needed.
