I built Orderain as a full ecommerce platform — think Shopify-class commerce — not only an AI page builder. The AI (Buddy) is one part of it: you can describe a store or start from a theme, and it helps generate the storefront, catalog, images, SEO, and admin. After launch, the same platform still handles products, checkout, orders, payments, shipping, plugins, and day-to-day ops (including managing the shop from Claude/ChatGPT via MCP). Orderain takes 0% platform fees; payment processors still charge their normal rates. I'm not claiming AI replaces product-market fit. I want feedback on the PLATFORM angle: - Does "AI-native Shopify" make sense, or does it still sound like a toy builder? - What must be rock solid before you'd put a real catalog on it? - Which Shopify pieces (apps, checkout, ops) are non-negotiable? - What would make you keep running the business here after the first draft?
