Original Summary
I built a domain finder called SI Scout ( realtimedata.si ) because I got tired of typing names into registrar search boxes one at a time. What it does: -Describe your business or style, and AI suggests 50, 100 or 500 names -Checks each name live against the official registry for .si, .ai and .com -Paste your own list, build names from a keyword, or scan every 2- and 3-letter name -Export the available names to CSV What that looks like at scale: I picked one pattern that already sells: the "Open" prefix (OpenAI, OpenEvidence). Then I checked thousands of combinations. 5,535 open*.com names were still unregistered. The median automated appraisal (GoDaddy, Dynadot, Atom) came out around $6,879. One name on the list has a broker valuation of $101,540 . I'm selling that list on attender.si : $3.99 for all 5,535 names, or 25 free with no sign-up. It's re-checked against the registry every 3–6 hours, so taken names drop off. You can do the same: Pick a pattern (get-, try-, use-, bet-, or a hot keyword in your niche) Generate thousands of names and check them in bulk Export the available ones Then either register the best ones to resell, or package the list and sell it as a dataset, like I did Would love feedback. What pattern would you scan first? submitted by /u/hindspace [link] [comments]
