Original Summary
I have noticed that a lot of job posts that do not use any ATS, and in order to apply, they put their emails and ask candidates to apply with “X” in email subject. That seemed to be very counter productive — imagine having 300+ emails with resumes. Where do you manage them? In Excel? Or how many good candidates you never get to.
I researched popular ATS systems and found out that they require yearly / monthly subscriptions. A lot of them do not have a pricing on the website, so you gotta book a call to be quoted some yearly contract price…
So I built Worklicant — lightweight ATS for tech hiring.
Pay per vacancy. Post a job, share the link, easy application form (no registration needed for applicants). Easy in-app scheduling. Vacancy analytics. Custom hiring stages, tags, notes, application questions.
AI extraction of resume summary, companies, experiences so you do not have to open each resume. You can also write a rejection prompt with ideal candidate description. That will be taken into account when AI (Jev) gives score to each applicant.
I have worked on it for around 2 years on and off so most of the code was hand written (but that’s changing rapidly).
Give it a try and let me know what you think!
