Original Summary
We recently launched Daptera after noticing the same pattern across Discord communities. As communities grow, they often end up using several different bots for moderation, onboarding, logs, invites and statistics. The alternative is building a custom bot, which then means dealing with hosting, deployments and maintenance. We wanted a middle ground. With Daptera, the community creates and owns its Discord bot. We manage the runtime infrastructure, updates and community modules behind it. Right now it includes moderation, AutoMod, registration, welcome, server logs, invite tracking, statistics, warnings and cases. We are still early and trying to understand which part of this model is most valuable to real community owners. Would especially appreciate feedback on the positioning and whether owning the bot identity actually matters to you. https://daptera.com https://discord.gg/daptera submitted by /u/thisisruug [link] [comments]
