Original Summary
Quick follow up. Three days ago I posted here about a bug where outbound almost crossed two clients' voices before any prospect saw a single message. We fixed that fast, hard separation at the data layer. What broke next was harder to catch because nothing looked wrong at first. The graph that tracks every piece from views to conversations to sales started crediting one client's closed deal to a different client's campaign. Both businesses happened to run outbound in the same ten minute window and the queue stamped them with an overlapping timestamp. Small collision, big consequence, because that graph is the only way a business owner knows what actually worked. Took two days to add client scoped locking so no two accounts can ever share a queue window again. Now the trail from a video posted Monday to a DM answered Tuesday to a sale closed Thursday stays inside one business, always. The lesson I keep relearning: fixing one layer of isolation does not fix the next one. Voice, data, timing, they all need their own wall, and you only find the missing wall by shipping to real paying businesses, not by staring at the code. We're at 3 paying businesses running on this right now, plus our own company. Public access opens November 3. If you want to see the loop itself, it's at osoa.io. submitted by /u/Embarrassed-Emu-4958 [link] [comments]
