Original Summary

I kept seeing small businesses spend their days replying to clients email after email, just to collect the same paperwork every year. So I built ClientPulse. How it works: - You make a checklist for each client (tax docs, ID, bank statements, signed forms). - Each client gets one secure link. No account or password, and they can upload from their phone. - You schedule reminders, and they go out automatically. - Clients who go quiet get a gentle nudge every few days until the item is uploaded. You can try it free for 14 days with no card. A heads-up: I'm a solo developer on a tiny budget, and all reminder emails go out through one sending account with monthly limits. If a lot of people sign up at once, reminders may go out late until I can afford to raise the limit. They'll be sent, not lost. It's also new, so expect rough edges. It's live at useclientpulse.com. What's missing, what's confusing, and what would make you use it? I read every comment. submitted by /u/Prestigious_Rich7563 [link] [comments]
