Original Summary
I've been building a small tool for a problem I kept seeing: HubSpot portals that slowly fill up with duplicates, forms without consent fields, and email that isn't properly authenticated. Nobody notices until reports look wrong or emails start landing in spam. So I made HubSpot Auditor. It reads a portal with a read-only token, runs 46 checks and marks each one working, broken or missing, with evidence. Then it gives you a score and a 30/60/90-day plan, most urgent first. Where it's at: works as a CLI and as an MCP server (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor) only ever sends GET requests, so it can't change anything in the portal checks live in YAML, so you can switch them off or change thresholds there's a made-up demo portal, so you can see a full report without a HubSpot account: npx -y hubspot-auditor --demo new in v1.5.0, thanks to feedback on r/hubspot : findings are ranked by the business process they affect, every fix names an owner and a retest, and forms with no captcha or honeypot are flagged It's free and MIT licensed. There's no paid version. https://github.com/M-Pineapple/hubspot-auditor What I'd like feedback on: is the report clear to someone who doesn't live in HubSpot, and is the demo enough to show what it does? submitted by /u/CryptBay [link] [comments]
