Original Summary

So I've been working on my SaaS for the past 8 months, and I launched 2 months ago. The app is Shortspan I have 0 users as of now, analytics shows 50 user visits as of now, none converted. What am I doing wrong? This is my first actual launched SaaS btw. What can I do to improve and get users. I've posted on the product hunt as well.
