Original Summary

I built SalaryEye because comparing salaries between countries becomes surprisingly difficult once income tax and social contributions are included. It shows annual and monthly take-home pay, explains each deduction, and places the entered salary against local minimum, median, average and higher-earner reference points where reliable salary data is available. The calculator is free and does not require an account. The calculations use published government, tax-authority and social-insurance sources. Coverage is currently available for 102 countries. More complex personal circumstances are deliberately marked as unsupported when the calculator cannot give a dependable answer.
