Original Summary
I recently brought in a new manager who reports to me. He’s much more direct and controlling than my leadership style, and several employees have started coming to me saying morale is dropping. The difficult part is the employees are doing a good job. There aren’t major performance problems that would justify suddenly managing them this tightly. I want to give the new manager room to lead without undermining him, but I also don’t want to ignore what I’m hearing from the team. How would you handle this? submitted by /u/CleanOpsGuide [link] [comments]
