Original Summary
Solo founder, flagging that up front. If you saw my earlier posts here, this is a different product now. I dropped the hosted voice agent after testing showed that most small businesses don't want a per-minute bill or an AI that improvises. What it is now: You buy a voice bundle for your industry once, from $14 to $199, with no subscription. It is a set of checked, pre-recorded sentences (restaurants, clinics, salons, home services and about 50 more). It comes with an open-source agent (MIT). You unzip it, double-click Start, and a dashboard opens. It answers texts and calls, confirms bookings, sends reminders and alerts your team in Slack, all on your own computer and your own Twilio account. It starts in practice mode and sends nothing until you press Go live. There is also a speech API for apps: $3 per million characters, 100,000 free. What I've tested for real: Twilio calls and inbound texts, Slack, Google Calendar (create, move, cancel, with double-booking protection), and signed webhooks from Shopify and GitHub. What isn't proven yet: Non-English bundles are still waiting on native-speaker review. I have no paying customers yet.
