Original Summary
I'm the developer of Iterlay. I shared an early canvas demo here recently; this is a short overview of how the app fits together. Iterlay is a free, MIT-licensed desktop workspace for macOS and Windows. You can keep references and generated assets on an infinite canvas, edit images with text, compare versions, and use your own image and video providers. It also has a CLI + Skill integration for Codex and Claude Code, so your coding agent can reuse the app's saved model setup and export assets into a project. Boards and assets are stored locally; remote models receive the prompts and references needed for generation. Model usage is billed by your provider. The video combines actual app captures and an AI-assisted presentation intro generated with HappyHorse 1.1 through Iterlay. Narration and final editing were added separately. The speaker shown inside the app is a fictional demo product.
