Original Summary
I've been building a SaaS product for a while, and I've reached the stage where the technical side isn't the biggest problem anymore. The product is built. The website is live. SEO/content work is underway. But getting consistent qualified users and paying customers is a completely different challenge. I've tried working on things like: SEO and content backlinks Reddit/community participation improving the website and conversion flow organic social content But I'm finding that getting traffic and getting customers are two very different problems. So I'm curious about founders who have already crossed this stage: If you had to start acquiring your first 10–50 paying SaaS customers again today, where would you spend your time? Would you focus on: Cold outreach SEO Reddit/community marketing LinkedIn YouTube/video Paid ads Partnerships/affiliates Something completely different And more importantly what did you try that looked promising but turned out to be a waste of time? I'm much more interested in actual experiences and numbers than generic "just build an audience" advice. submitted by /u/Adventurous_Ring3703 [link] [comments]
