Hey everyone, I'm a bit stumped and would love any help I can get on this. I'm the founder of a small fantasy football SaaS. It's an AI tool that connects to your fantasy league and makes weekly sit/start and trade calls. Here's where first visits stand... since early June, a few hundred people have visited, and traffic has dropped lately (granted, I stopped marketing to make some big product updates). Roughly 1 in 10 visitors makes an account, and about half of the people with an account have connected a league. Bounce rate is around 60%. Very few have reached the paywall, so the problem is obviously early in the experience.
