Original Summary

Hey all, I wanted to share ClaudeResume, a small macOS app I made for keeping track of Claude Code conversations across different projects. It puts them in one searchable list in the menu bar. You can see the project and branch, preview the last prompt and reply, and reopen a session in iTerm2 in the right folder. If that session is already running in iTerm2, it focuses the existing tab. A few other things it does: Shows whether Claude is working or waiting for you Filters to running sessions and sends optional completion notifications Lets you pin, rename, hide or fork conversations Shows token usage and estimated API-equivalent cost per session (not what you paid on a subscription) It's free and open source under MIT. The app reads local Claude Code files, with no analytics or network requests. Currently macOS 15+ and iTerm2 only, on Apple silicon or Intel. The download is ad-hoc signed, not notarized, so macOS shows a first-launch warning. It's an unofficial community tool, not an Anthropic product. Code, screenshots and installation: https://github.com/nurettincoban/claude-resume The screenshots in the README are rendered with demo data. Would love feedback from people who switch between multiple repos. What would make finding an old session easier for you? submitted by /u/nrttn27 [link] [comments]
