Original Summary

All your servers in one panel, with zero risk of breaking anything. Control Tower (CT) is a web dashboard to monitor several VPS —and Windows and Mac machines too— from a single place. You install it on your server with one command, add each machine with another, and from then on you see what each one is using, what's failing and what needs renewing. It's read-only : it never restarts, stops, installs or deletes anything. It's free, with every feature included (no limit on servers or history), and the interface comes in English and Spanish : each user picks their own language. Why I built it One command per machine. The agent connects out to CT over HTTPS: no public IP, no open ports, no tunnel and no SSH keys. Linux (systemd or OpenRC), Windows and macOS. Read-only. Every command goes through an allowlist, on CT and again on the agent. Monitoring can't take a server down. Answers "who's eating it?" CPU, RAM and disk don't stop at a percentage: you see the programs, processes, containers and folders using the most, with history. Warns you before it happens. Disk-full forecast, crash-looping services, restarting containers, stale backups, expiring domains and certificates. No extra infrastructure. One container and a SQLite file. No Prometheus, no separate database, no exporters. Made to be shown. Private mode for screen sharing (hides IPs, domains and paths), mobile layout, English or Spanish per user, and Markdown/JSON reports. Inspired by Proxmox (fleet and node views), Portainer (containers) and Easypanel (the visuals). What it looks like All screenshots were taken with private mode on: IPs, domains and hostnames show as asterisks. Server summary: hardware, current usage, load, uptime and 1 h / 24 h / 7 d history. Containers: each one with its status, image, usage and the domain pointing to it, with search and filters. CPU: usage over time and the programs using the most, as a treemap proportional to their share. Memory: separates what applications use from what the system can free, and names the programs taking the most. Disk: space used, fill forecast, Docker usage (and how much you can reclaim) and the largest folders. System services: a map coloured by status —problems first— instead of a hundred-row table. Alerts: fleet-wide alerts in one place; each one links to the screen with the details and, once resolved, goes into the activity history. On your phone: the sidebar becomes a bottom bar. An Android app is coming soon to Google Play. How to try it Step-by-step install (Linux server, Windows, Mac or Linux desktop): https://ct-central.v2.analista.cc/ The code isn't open source for now, but the dashboard is free and self-hosted: your data never leaves your server. Any feedback is welcome: what's missing, what you'd improve or what you'd like to monitor. 🙌 submitted by /u/electro-neo [link] [comments]
