I got tired of alt-tabbing to a wiki every time I got stuck, so I built an overlay you can just ask

Original Summary
I'm the dev of Gaming Copilot. It's an overlay that sits on top of whatever you're playing, so you can ask a question without tabbing out. The origin story is not deep: I was in the middle of a fight, alt-tabbed to look up where to go, came back and was dead. That's it. That's the whole reason this exists. So it's a hotkey. You press it, ask out loud, and the answer shows up over the game. You can easily send a screenshot, so "where do I go next" or "what am I looking at" works without you having to describe anything. It also translates games that were never localised, right over the dialogue box. The clip is Palworld. I asked where the first boss was, and it came back with the name, the tower and the coordinates. I never left the game. submitted by /u/Gaming-Copilot [link] [comments]
