Original Summary

After two years of sweat and tears, it finally happened. A person whom I have never met or spoke too sign up to my app(Mind you im doing a freemium with a cap), he liked the output of what it done for him and he paid. And this after TWO YEARS! I have made many mistakes, my product have gone through a lot of lifecycles because we added too many features and it what it extremely hard to maintain and the features weren't doing anything good or even working in some times. that's a lesson will forever be burned into my brain, NEVER write so many features at first, focus on one that gives the best outcome and then start to see that it benefits your users and talk to them daily on what to improve.
