Original Summary

I'm the one who made this, so full disclosure up front. Job hunting was eating my day. LinkedIn, then Indeed, then InfoJobs, same searches over and over, same forms retyped. So I built a desktop app called Scout Wand. You type the job and the places you want, it searches LinkedIn, Indeed and InfoJobs in a browser window on your own computer, and lists everything with a direct link. If you add your CV it can pre-fill the form fields too. It never applies for you. You review everything and press apply yourself. Your CV and logins stay on your machine. There's a free version (5 listings a day) if you want to try it. Windows and Mac. I'd really like honest feedback. What would make this actually useful for you, and what would make you not trust it? submitted by /u/Little-Jump-5572 [link] [comments]
