I’m a solo developer, and like many people with ADHD/executive dysfunction, I’ve spent years in a frustrating cycle: downloading sleek productivity apps, getting overwhelmed by 20 pending items, feeling guilty, and abandoning the app 3 days later. Traditional To-Do apps fail neurodivergent brains because they expect motivation upfront and only offer a reward after completing a massive, overwhelming task. But when your brain has low baseline dopamine, just starting feels physically painful. Visual Routines & Focus Timer: Integrated Pomodoro-style Focus Buddy to beat time blindness. AI Recipe Planner & Pantry Tracker: Brain-healthy meal planning + automated pantry inventory tracking.
