Original Summary
I've been working with a couple of my buddies at an outsourcing company for quite some time. We all have our own company-provided Claude subscriptions, and one of the hardest parts now is dividing up the work without stepping on each other's toes. We kept losing time splitting features into pieces each of us could build separately, then connecting everything later. So I built Claude Share to automate more of that coordination. We join a shared session with our Claude Code agents, split a ticket into tasks, and work in parallel from our own checkouts. Shared contracts define the interfaces, file leases help keep agents within their assigned files, and a live board shows who is building what. Each developer keeps their own Claude account and quota. The lesson for us has been that faster coding still needs clear task boundaries and a shared plan. Passing each task's checks also doesn't prove that the pieces work together, so the workflow includes checking the assembled app before the final integration PR. The plugin and self-hosted server are free and open source (MIT). Optional cloud hosting is paid. I'm the creator, and I'd appreciate feedback on whether this fits how small teams actually work. Contributions are welcome too.
