Original Summary
Disclosure: I'm the developer of the tool mentioned below. Hi guys, I've built a task-tracking app similar to Linear or Trello, and it's free. No credit card required, and there are no paid plans right now. I originally made it for myself, just to see everything my Claude agent does. I kept planning work with Claude and then copying tasks into a tracker by hand, so the AI knew the plan but the board didn't. Now you can connect the tracker as an MCP server for your AI agent, so you and the agent work on the same board. A few things I learned building it, in case you're making something for AI agents too: - Agents work much better when they can read a whole task (description, comments, files) in one call. Multiple round trips made the agent lose context. - People only trusted the AI to move tasks once every change was signed with who made it, human or agent. Visibility built trust more than restrictions did. - Letting the agent act as the user, with the same permissions in one approved workspace, removed most security questions. And honestly, yes, this is still a kind of advertisement. But at the same time, I'm giving you a free tool that I think you'll genuinely love and can use for your own projects. I've personally found real value in using it for free on my projects, and I feel the community would like it too. I hope this post brings real value to the community. You're welcome to try it, and I'd really appreciate your feedback. mewboard.com submitted by /u/allidevelop [link] [comments]
