Original Summary

A lot of my work involves public tenders. I started using LLMs hoping to get the searching, document gathering and eligibility checks off my plate. They helped, but I kept running into answers that sounded more certain than the evidence justified. A tender looked relevant until I found the requirement we couldn’t meet, or a clarification changed something the agent had already analysed. I started building skills around those failures and eventually built a platform to keep the process running. It’s called Tender Town. It scouts tenders and early procurement signals, collects documents, checks requirements against company information and prepares a proposal brief that keeps the gaps and partner roles visible. You can also connect your own agent. It’s now live: https://tendertown.io/ I’ve written about the workflow here: https://tendertown.io/blog/why-llms-fall-short-on-government-tenders If you’ve worked on bids, I’d be interested in what you’d need to see before trusting an evaluation like this. submitted by /u/S3mz [link] [comments]
