I work in GRC, been running SOC 2 audits for almost 5 years now. In my free time I put together a SOC 2 readiness pack to help startups get prepared for their audit without the need for expensive tools. I built this of the back of what I thought most important - Control and evidence tracker, 43-page control and evidence guide, risk register, vendor due diligence register, evidence collection guide, and an audit-day prep playbook. I've got good feedback from people in the space so far, but would love any further suggestions on how it could be improved. I can share the free readiness checklist to whoever wants it which gives you a feel for the structure. Would be great to have any insight on any additional features people would like.
