Original Summary

Hi everyone, We're a couple from France, parents, and for almost two years we've spent pretty much every evening and weekend on this. Today it's finally live on Google Play. It started because we wanted our kids to practice English without it feeling like homework. Everything we tried was either locked behind a subscription, too babyish, or just too dry. So we built our own. What it is: - 21 small word games (crosswords, hangman, memory, anagrams, quizzes, a voice dictation game...) - 324 short grammar lessons, from beginner to fluent (18 levels, Pre-A1 to C2) - one profile per family member, each at their own level, and a dashboard for parents to follow progress - speech recognition that runs on the phone itself, so the kids' voices never leave the device - no subscription: free to play every day, with optional ads if you want a bonus, or a one-time 9.99€ unlock for the whole family, forever What it isn't (yet): - it's Android only for now - it was mainly designed for French speakers learning English. There's a full-English mode, but the lessons were written with French learners in mind. It's our first real launch, so we'd love your feedback, especially the harsh kind. What's confusing, what's boring, what breaks on your phone? Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kamehagameservice.englishmagicallearning Thanks for reading. The video starts with my partner at the desk where most of it happened, then shows a few of the games as they really look on the phone. submitted by /u/Alternative_Hand4512 [link] [comments]
