Original Summary

Hey r/SideProject ! A few months ago, while sharing screens on Google Meet for movie nights with my long distance girlfriend, I got super frustrated by all the wasted black space and rigid website layouts taking up screen space. While browser security/iframes meant I couldn't alter a live video call stream directly, that frustration made me ask: Why are we forced to accept the default, rigid look of the websites we browse every day? So I built Visual Web Editor - Custom Themes & Layouts . What it does: 100% Point-and-Click: Zero coding or CSS needed. Click any element on a website to modify it. Layout Tweaks: Resize sidebars, top nav bars, or annoying oversized buttons on the fly. Custom Backgrounds: Set any local image file from your computer (e.g., photos of your partner, favorite wallpaper) or paste direct image/GIF links from Google to reskin any site. It’s 100% free with no ads, paywalls, or data collection. I’d love for you to test it on your most-used sites and let me know what features or improvements you'd like to see next! submitted by /u/Neither-Mousse9707 [link] [comments]
