I´m at a financial services company and we´ve been on Brightidea four years. The platform but we keep hitting the same frustrations: per-app pricing means every new use case might a new subscription, admin requires specialized knowledge only two people have, onboarding new departments takes longer than it should. I´m starting to evaluate Brightidea alternatives.
