Feels like there's a new AI image or video generator launching every other day lol. I'm working on Maxsa AI, an AI creative tool focused on anime, comics, and animated stories. And one thing I keep thinking about is whether it's better to build a general-purpose AI tool or go really deep into one specific niche. Going broad obviously gives you a bigger market, but then you're competing with literally everyone. Going niche makes the positioning easier, but you're also limiting your audience from day one. We're leaning toward the second approach.
