Original Summary
I have been complaining on this sub about the lack of revenue and whether I should make my web app free, but today I checked the numbers on claueflare and I feel like I'm on the cusp of what I have been waiting for since I released it. For those of you who are still waiting for traction, it really just takes time, you know? Lowkey, I'm so excited to finally see some extra cash flow. I just graduated in May and have been applying for jobs with no success, so creating sites and stuff is what I have been doing. By the way, I added a video for those who are curious, and I also added some fun features to the site. I'm looking for new ideas to implement, maybe like some hidden easter egg features. Anyone who checked out my site through Reddit, you guys are my true Day 1s. I can't get too excited though, I don't want to bring bad luck! Old video of my site startupwall.org (I used org cuz all the other domains were taken, I wanted .com though :/) The inspo was the Million Dollar Homepage, also all the other other sites that are doing similer things, but I wanted it to be like student centered which is why it's one block free for students, plus like a free trial for reg/non-students. Also I feel like if even more traction comes, I might like to do giveaways to startups that are like actually doing something productive IDK, any ideas, of how I should go about the business model. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯¯\_(ツ)_/¯¯\_(ツ)_/¯¯\_(ツ)_/¯ submitted by /u/ReferenceFit4841 [link] [comments]
