Original Summary
Hey everyone, If you’re in CS or Ops, you know the drill: an VIP customer needs custom data, but engineering is locked in a sprint. You file a Jira ticket, wait 4 days, and hope nobody accidentally exports sensitive PII. I spent months seeing this exact bottleneck kill team momentum. That’s why we built Querywell. It lets non-technical Ops leads type requests in plain English (e.g., "Show active users with ARR over $10k who haven't logged in this month") and instantly generates safe MySQL SELECT queries and downloadable CSVs. To keep Security happy, it automatically redacts PII before export and operates strictly on read-only permissions. No broken databases, no data leaks, and zero dev tickets. We're currently opening up a manual testing batch and I’d love brutally honest feedback from this community. How does your team currently handle ad-hoc data requests? Would love to hear your thoughts or set you up with free access to try it out! submitted by /u/sparrowbrains [link] [comments]
